Prior to Thamani, supported a Republic of Congo ministerial investment engagement alongside Mining & Money, London — connecting close to 20 institutional investors with two mining companies seeking iron ore and potash licences. The Government subsequently reported approximately €260M in direct investment attracted.

Ruddy Kielo is an ICT engineer and entrepreneur with 16+ years of experience across digital transformation, telecommunications, fintech and connectivity infrastructure in Africa.
As Founder & CEO of ODI GROUP, he has worked at the intersection of technology, business development and public-sector transformation, with a particular focus on expanding digital access and building locally relevant technology ecosystems in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
His experience includes digital infrastructure, connectivity, fintech and stakeholder engagement, giving Thamani a strong operational presence in the DRC alongside its international commercial and strategic advisory capabilities.
